promoters. Listings must be received in writing with the following
information included: Show date and city, location and name and address
of contact. Information such as table prices, admission, etc. are not
included in the free listing, but separate display ads may be purchased
(call for rate information). To insure maximum exposure, calendar
information should be received at least 8 weeks before show date.
Cancellation or information changes will be accommodated to the best of
